1: Champions Return to Arms/Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 (yes, it's a tie. Wanna fight about it?)
2: City of Heroes/City of Villians
3: WoW (Cata and MoP expansions)

It's really hard to decide which game you love (or loved) more than the other while only focusing on Role-Playing Games.
My list:
1. Antichamber
Even though the game is technically considered a puzzle game, the adventure itself focused on a real life journey makes this an RPG for me
2. World of Warcraft (The Burning Crusade)
The MMORPG that I grew up with. In its final days I played on RP private servers just to get an added feel of adventure.
3. Dark Souls (series)
Without needing hundreds of hour-long cutscenes and tons of boring dialogue, it still had the ability to make us feel as we are a very important part of the game world.
Honorable mention:
4. MU Online
The very first MMO that I have played.

Lets see... My top RPGs.. 1. Final Fantasy 8 (Yeah I know most people hate 8.. I actually really loved the Junction system. Squall was a dick, but at least he was cute  ) 2. Kingdom Hearts 3. Dungeon Siege (I played this SO often, and even added mods to it after beating the game vanilla lol) |

1. Final Fantasy Tactics (The entire series, although the first was best!)
2. Dark Souls 3 (Although I cuss so much every time I try to play, I keep going back)
3. Tales of Zestiria (Just found this gem and not even 1/3 through but I love it!)

South Park Stick of Truth (lol)
Final Fantasy 8 (yes, 8, I don't care...people only hate it because they didn't commit and endure slight system downfalls to enjoy this EPIC story!)
